Hello! I am Damion and I am based in Glasgow.

I really enjoyed drawing and painting when I was younger and at school. However, after dropping art in favour of sciences when at school, I didn’t pick up a pencil again for years.

This changed in around 2017, when at a loose end one lunch break, I found myself doodling and drew a wee face of a cartoon cat on the side of my coffee cup. Something clicked and from that day I rediscovered my love and enjoyment for art, initially messing about drawing a few of my favourite cartoon characters. One day I found a beautiful image of a horse in a field, and just thought, why not try and push myself a little? To my surprise, the end result did actually look like a horse and from that point my confidence to try more difficult subjects grew.

I am equally amazed, thrilled and grateful that my wee hobby has progressed to the point of people asking me if I have pieces to sell. And it is genuinely quite a thrill to know there are people I have never met who want to hang some of my art in their home.
